Reservations and Payments

Reservation should be made to Pulau Sipadan Resort & Tours Sdn Bhd in advance. This can be done either through Snail Mail, E-mail or Fax.A deposit of US$200 per person is required within (14) fourteen days of confirmation of Tour Packages or accommodation and full payment must be made at least thirty (30) days before arrival at your selected destination. Bookings may be cancelled if payment is not received

Late Bookings

Late bookings under thirty (30) days of arrival may be accepted subject to availability of accommodation.

Extension Stay

Extension Night Stay is permitted subject to accommodation availability.

No Show Charges / Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation charges shall apply: An administration fee of 5% and bank charges must be added to the following cancellation charges.

30 days to 20 days before arrival – 30% of the trip’s full price forfeited.

19 days to 10 days before arrival – 50% of the trip’s full price forfeited.

9 days to 01 days before arrival – 75% of the trip’s full price forfeited.

100% of the trip’s full price forfeited for no show of customer.

Mode of Payment

1.) CREDIT CARD/CHARGE CARD (we prefer MasterCard, Visa or AMEX) Please request a Credit Card FORM from our Office by email or fax. A duly signed and completed form should be faxed back to 6-089-763563.

2.) BANK TRANSFER (Bank draft or Telegraphic Transfer / Online Transfer) Please Fax us a copy of the transaction made.
